The solution

The basic functionality of MESHHH is to be an anchor for the project managers in need of construction workers. It is created to generate employment for the workers & bring assurance of plenty of service-providers, for the contractors. The success of linking both the parties is made possible through an open window for the workers to apply for a project as well as an open ground for the managers to choose from the applicants.

A project manager can create a project in the app & the worker can submit a work request for the said project. There are fair parameters that assess the talent & help the project managers make a choice from the applications received. There are timely alerts, notifications and feedback windows open for both the parties for continuous development.

In addition, the tradesperson can manage their availability status through in-app calendar and setting project timelines. They can also use the ‘Instant Availability Notification’ feature that lets them inform all their contacts that they are available to work.
