Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to understand their business needs and promote our services.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align business development strategies and ensure cohesive efforts.
• Track and report on business development activities, progress, and results. Provide regular
  updates to management.
• Gather and analyse client feedback to improve our offerings and address any concerns
  or issues promptly.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  An MBA or relevant certifications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex business solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
